Card Support

For courses that include a physical completion card, students may choose in-office pickup or mail delivery. Mailing options are available for an additional fee. Pickup is always free and available during administrative business hours.

No Card Pick Ups Available 

Construction Safety Training (CST) and its authorized instructors will retain physical copies of all safety cards for up to twelve (12) months from the date printed on the card. Students will be notified by text message, email, or phone call once their card has arrived at our office and is ready for pickup—please be on the lookout for this notification.

If a card is not claimed within 12 months, it will be securely discarded and destroyed in accordance with our record-handling and privacy practices. Requests for a physical copy of a card made after 12 months from the card date will require a replacement card, subject to a $60 replacement fee. It is the student’s responsibility to monitor notifications and retrieve their card within the retention period. We will keep a digital record of the card.  

CST understands that we are all human and sometimes things get misplaced. Below is the process and cost for issuing duplicate course completion materials. 

All students must call prior to picking up their cards to verify course and date of completion, and must be paid in full prior to printing, or ordering the cards from OSHA. Upon arrival, you will be required to show identification. 

$60 per card 

$100 Per Card for SST 10 or SST 32 HR

Friendly reminder to all, CST is not authorized to print OSHA cards in house. OSHA cards are issued and printed directly by our Outreach Provider, which usually takes between 2 - 8 Weeks. You will be issued a certificate in the meantime.  

NYC DOB certificates are autogenerated from the NYC DOB training connect site. To access your DOB generated certificate, tap your NYC DOB training connect card and view all certificates. If you have trouble, CST can provide you with a digital or hard copy. NYC DOB training connect cards will be given after the course is complete.
