This DOB-approved 16-hour refresher is required for individuals holding a Rigging Supervisordesignation to maintain their qualification to supervise hoisting and lowering operations on NYC construction sites. The course reviews current NYC DOB and OSHA rigging and crane safety standards, hazard recognition and prevention, rigging inspections, load handling, signaling, and supervisory best practices. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate accepted by the NYC DOB for ongoing compliance and renewal of their Rigging Supervisor credential.
